When I go to programs in control panel and try to uninstall office the icon spin for a few seconds thennothing. Tried to install another version of office and it says another version of offic e is already install, must uninstall first.

I ran into this problem also. The regristry has to be cleaned from other installs of office. Found answer had to go into regitry and clean out old versions of chrome that I had downloaded by mistake as addon with other download.
